RUOK?
With everything happening in our world today, so many people are simply not okay (and with good reason). We are reminded of the importance of checking-in with our colleagues to see how they are doing and to let them know we are here for them, as we hope they will do for us. How do we do this in the age of Zoom and face masks? Using the RUOK? Mental Health Awareness framework, this presentation will guide you through why, when and how to approach a colleague about whom you have concern, so that you feel equipped to respond.
Presented by Susannah Colby, LICSW, CEAP, EAP Consultant & Shira Davis, LICSW, EAP Consultant
